By purchasing from or interacting with Revively Appliances, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Used Appliances

All appliances sold by Revively Appliances are used.

Each appliance is tested, cleaned, and verified to be functional at the time of sale. Used appliances may show signs of prior use, cosmetic wear, or minor imperfections.

Inventory & Availability

- All inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis

- Listings reflect real inventory

- Prices are listed clearly and may change without notice

- Appliances are not held without confirmation or payment

Delivery

- Delivery is included on all listed appliances unless otherwise stated

- Delivery timing is coordinated in advance

- Additional charges may apply for:

- Stairs

- Tight access or long carries

- Appliance hookups (water, gas, electrical)

Additional delivery costs are discussed before delivery.

Delivery does NOT include:

- Appliance removal unless arranged in advance

- Modifications to doors, cabinetry, or flooring

- Structural changes

- Installation of parts or accessories not included with the appliance

Warranty

All appliances include a 7-day functional warranty starting from the delivery date.

The warranty covers:

- Appliance not powering on

- Appliance not performing its primary function

The warranty does NOT cover:

- Cosmetic issues

- Normal wear and tear

- User error or misuse

- Damage after delivery

- Sealed-system or compressor failures

- Issues caused by improper installation, hookups, or environmental conditions

Revively Appliances does not perform sealed-system repairs.

Limitation of Liability

Revively Appliances is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or installation of any appliance.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the appliance.

Refusals & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion, including cases involving unsafe delivery conditions or incomplete information.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
